Adrienne Hauser

As soloist, Adrienne Hauser has been lauded by the international press "total mastery over her material" (Indian Express, Madras) such as her "fascinating Tsaikowsky interpretation" (Új Magyarország Budapest) and for the "perfect harmony of the fingers ..." and for "her tone which is affirmed by singular personality" (Tribune de Geneve).

In addition she is the founder and artistic director of the international piano festival "Piano Feast in the East" of Tiszadob, East-Hungary which has a growing appreciation due to the international radio broadcastings of its concerts resulting superlative echoes in all musical circles.

Her talent has manifested very early and already at the age of 7 she was admitted to the "class of supergifted children" -specially organized by the Ferenc Liszt Music Academy. She has obtained her diplome with Zoltán Kocsis, Ferenc Rados, György Kurtág as has also participated in the master courses of Yvonne Lefébure in Paris and followed the counsels of György Sebők as well. In 1985 she got third prize at the Piano Competition of the Hungarian Radio and same year the Polish Television shot a portrait film about her.

Since that time her national and international engagements have been completed by more than 40 recordings made by the Hungarian Radio. She has appeared at the Chopin Festival in Poland, played at the Budapest Spring Festival, Interforum, International Bartók Festival, Fazioli Festival, Bellerive... She is often invited by the leading hungarian orchestras under the baton of such outstanding conductors, as Tamás Vásáry, Zoltán Kocsis, Péter Eötvös, etc. and she plays happily chamber music, too with such partenaires as Miklós Perényi, Zoltán Kocsis, Cyprien Katsaris... Her tours to England, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Spain, France, Portugal, Poland, India, Sweden, Greece, Italy, Switzerland have been crowned by high acknowledgement of the press and huge success with the public.

Her concerts between 2003-2005: Prague - Rudolfinum, Cairo-Manasterly Palace, Sicilia: Vittoria Teatro Comunale, Budapest Liszt Academy, Graz - Opera House, Festival Liszt en Provence, Festival Musiques en Mer, Stuttgart, Stockholm, Paris, Roumania, England, Germany, Greece, etc.
